Tania and Dave came to visit me along with there ideas and there children.
They wanted a vintage style wedding, with a modern twist. Tania explained to me that she had a corset she had found online, and wanted it made into a dress, with a lot of layering, roses, and soft floaty fabrics. I also added straps, and a petticoat.
Dave was after a waistcoat and trousers to match his hat, which I made with a quality woven wool.
I also made a waistcoat for Milan, the young boy, and helped to adjust Ruby’s flower girl dress as it was scratchy inside. I made the two junior bridesmaids dresses from an idea Tania liked in a magazine, and another bridesmaids dress which I wore, to match with the groomsmen and Tania’s dress. It was a beautiful sunny day and the wedding went wonderfully.
