With Courtney and Mel's fantastic ideas, we managed to come up with a pretty cool plan. Courtney wanted a fitted, low-back gown with a beachy influence. So, we chose a gold detailed lace which featured frangipani style flower. The back was very low and so, in order to give her the bust support she needed, I finished the gown with a ribbon strap and closure, with draped beading to keep aesthetics. Mel's outfit was to be comfortable, summery, and not too hot. She also had a Celtic background which she wanted to incorporate into the design. We used linen for her shirt and trousers. The shirt had a screen printed Celtic design which represented her family crest. The wedding took place on a beach in Golden Bay and made for a beautiful setting for a day with family, friends, and sun.
